At Farnborough International, supporting our local community is about more than providing a venue. It’s about giving our time, skills and energy to causes that make a real difference across the region.
On Thursday 1 October, members of the Farnborough International team stepped away from their desks and spent the day volunteering at the Phyllis Tuckwell warehouse as part of a community action day organised through CMP. The day gave colleagues the opportunity to support the charity’s vital fundraising operations while making a tangible contribution to an organisation that provides compassionate care and support to people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Working alongside the Phyllis Tuckwell team, volunteers sorted an incredible volume of donated items, helping process approximately 320 bags of clothing, alongside several large collections of bric-a-brac. The scale of the achievement was significant, with the charity estimating that the work completed in a single day would have taken one person around two weeks of full-time work to accomplish.
The impact of the team’s efforts was felt across the warehouse, with staff and volunteers from the charity commenting on both the amount achieved and the positive boost it provided throughout the day. Following the event, CMP shared feedback from Rachel, who passed on the charity’s thanks:
“Please can you pass on a massive thank you to everyone who came to the Phyllis Tuckwell Warehouse today. The charity were absolutely thrilled with everything you got done, and it really lifted the spirits of so many of the staff and volunteers.”
Community action days like this provide valuable support to local charities while giving our team the opportunity to connect with organisations making a difference in our region. We’re proud to have played a small part in supporting the incredible work carried out by Phyllis Tuckwell and would like to thank everyone who volunteered their time and energy on the day.
Apple TV returned to Farnborough International Studios to support filming of its upcoming sci-fi series Neuromancer, due to premiere on 22 January 2027.
Created by Graham Roland and J. D. Dillard, Neuromancer is based on William Gibson’s influential 1984 novel, with Gibson also serving as executive producer. The ten-part series stars Callum Turner, Briana Middleton and Mark Strong. It follows Case, a troubled hacker played by Turner, who is drawn into a world of digital espionage, organised crime and a high-risk mission alongside Molly, played by Middleton.
Following its use of the studios during the filming of its 2025 Prime Target series, Apple TV production used Farnborough International Studios’ location and facilities during filming in the local area. The site hosted the production’s two-unit base on two occasions last year, in February and September. One of the Studios’ 22,000 sqft sound stages was also used for crowd holding, makeup and costume, while scenes were filmed nearby at the Aviator Hotel and Farnborough Airport.
Farnborough International Studios offers a secure and highly adaptable production environment in the South East of England, within 40 miles of London. The site provides more than 210,000 sqft of stage space, 1,000,000 sqft of external space, extensive parking and ancillary production facilities, making it well-suited to complex television, film, commercial and content shoots.

One of the UK’s most compelling historical exhibitions is set to arrive at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre this autumn, as the Titanic Exhibition: Farnborough, presented by White Star Heritage, opens for a limited four-week run from 23 October to 21 November 2026.
Bringing together an extraordinary collection of authentic Titanic artefacts, immersive recreations and real passenger stories, the exhibition offers visitors a rare opportunity to explore the story of the world’s most famous ocean liner through objects directly connected to the ship and its passengers.
Among the exhibition’s headline attractions are an original deckchair from R.M.S. Titanic – one of only a handful known to survive – a fragment of the ship’s aft Grand Staircase recovered from the seabed, a genuine Titanic lifeboat plaque and original cabin fragments brought up from the ocean floor. Several of these pieces are considered among the rarest Titanic artefacts in existence.
Visitors will journey through the complete Titanic story, from the ship’s construction in Belfast and her lavish interiors to the events of her maiden voyage and final resting place beneath the Atlantic. The experience combines carefully preserved artefacts with detailed recreations, personal accounts and interactive elements designed to bring history to life.
On arrival, every visitor will receive the identity of a real passenger who sailed aboard Titanic, allowing them to follow an individual story throughout the exhibition. Guests will also be able to explore recreations of First, Second and Third-Class areas, interact with genuine White Star Line artefacts, sit in an original Second Class chair and experience a range of hands-on exhibits.
The Titanic Exhibition is produced by White Star Heritage, a British team of collectors, historians and conservation experts dedicated to preserving original Titanic artefacts and sharing the ship’s story with the public. The organisation’s exhibitions combine genuine artefacts with multimedia displays, detailed set recreations and educational content designed to celebrate the ship’s legacy while treating its tragedy with respect.
